What do 'Preventative Hours' cover?

Included: The Maintenance

Resealing silicone in baths/showers, adjusting sticky doors/windows, minor carpentry snagging, re-fixing loose items, seasonal draft-proofing.

Quoted Separately: The Repairs

Replacements (taps, valves), leaks requiring parts, electrical upgrades, plastering, fencing, or structural work.

The Logic: We use your included hours to keep the home healthy. If something breaks that requires new parts or specialist labor, we quote it, manage it, and ensure it's done right.

Video-First Scoping
